Terms and Conditions
- Scope The business relationship between Hando Handels GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Hando) and the customer is exclusively governed by the following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC). Hando does not recognize any conditions of the customer that contradict or deviate from these GTC, unless Hando has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
- Contract Conclusion When you place an order with Hando, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order and detailing its specifics (Order Confirmation). This Order Confirmation constitutes the acceptance of your offer by Hando.
- Revocation and Withdrawal Hando guarantees optimal quality. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products. To comply with the deadline, timely dispatch of a declaration of withdrawal is sufficient. The original packaging of the goods must be unopened. Any seals and security closures must not be broken. In the event of withdrawal, you are legally obliged to return the products. The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer. Hando does not accept return shipments sent carriage unpaid.
- Shipping The method of shipment and transport means can be freely chosen by Hando. The customer must immediately report any transport damage and shortages, but no later than the next working day after receiving the goods, otherwise claims will be excluded. Announced delivery dates are estimated to the best of Hando’s knowledge and do not entitle the customer to claim damages.
- Delivery and Shipping Costs Free Shipping in Austria and Throughout the Entire EU! Enjoy the benefit of free shipping both in Austria and in all other European Union countries. With us, there are no additional shipping costs – no matter where you are in the EU.
- For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties will be levied by the relevant authorities upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately, we do not know the amount of these customs and import duties, as they vary greatly from country to country. For more information on the amount of customs duties and possible import regulations, please contact your local customs office. b. VAT
- All prices of the offered products include the statutory value-added tax.
- Payment The customer can pay the purchase price by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
- Retention of Title The delivered goods remain the property of Hando until full payment is received.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction The exclusive place of fulfillment of the purchase contract is Graz.
